Our artisanal products are handmade so they may occasionally be slightly different.

Promotional offers are valid only during the validity period of said offers and are subject to available stocks.

Prices shown on the website are indicated in Euros and include VAT. These prices do not include shipping costs and will appear before payment.

The products will be the property of Horus-productos- esotéricos.com until they are paid in full.

With your orders, we will sometimes send you free samples so you can try our products, which will be subject to stock availability, and which is in no case an obligation on the part of Horus-productos-esotéricos.com.

Minimum order quantity

We fully understand the needs of our customers, for this reason, at Horus-productos- esotéricos.com there is NO minimum order quantity, nor minimum product quantity (except for certain products).

 Payment method

You can pay for your purchases by card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Our card payment platform belongs to Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, SA (BBVA). Under no circumstances will Horus-productos- esotéricos.com have access to your card details, since transactions are carried out under secure 3DSecure protocols. We also comply with the PSD2 directive, which requires the integration of 3DSecure to guarantee payment security. 3DSecure technology allows the identity of the card user to be authenticated during online purchases, thus protecting them against the abusive use of their credit card number. If they wish to benefit from this service, the cardholder must register for the authentication program, once only, through their bank.

Please note that we NEVER ask customers to confirm their account or credit card details via email. If you receive an email supposedly sent by Horus-productos- esotéricos.com requesting this information, DO NOT RESPOND to it and contact us.

Payment by bank transfer: your order will not be prepared until the transfer is effective and paid, so you must take into account that delivery times, if you choose this payment method, may be extended by 1 or 2 days after payment confirmation.

Shipment

Horus-productos- esotéricos.com ships to Spain (Peninsula), Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, EU countries, Europe, the United States and some other South American countries.

Orders are delivered via Correos, within 2 to 5 business days for the EU and 4 to 8 business days for other areas (approximate delivery times).

Orders are usually delivered within the expected timeframe, although we cannot guarantee their punctuality.

We make deliveries from Monday to Friday, never on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays and during business hours. Therefore, we recommend that you use a shipping address where someone can attend to the delivery. Otherwise, the transport company will contact you, so it is important that you always indicate your telephone number.

Features of some products

Due to some of our products, those that we manufacture by hand and by hand (especially soaps, shower gel, perfumes, colognes) may arrive with certain differences in color, size, finish. This does not affect in any way their characteristics, quality, composition or application. They may also contain certain unavoidable erosions due to their characteristics, storage in boxes, drying on trays in some cases, transport, which in no way affects their quantity, quality or application at all.

Likewise, our artisanal perfumes and air fresheners, due to their high natural component, may contain deposits, a certain turbidity, etc. in some batches. This is precisely a characteristic of their high natural content and the difference between batches, colour, texture, etc. of the natural products used. Our perfumes and air fresheners are not filtered for very small molecules because we do not want them to lose a certain natural characteristic.

Returns

You have 14 days to return your purchase from receipt. If the return is due to withdrawal or cancellation of the order, we will refund the amount of the product. However, all additional costs and expenses arising from the return will be at your expense. Only unopened products in their original packaging will be accepted for return.

If the package arrives damaged or the box is damaged, indicate this on the carrier's delivery note. If the contents are also in poor condition, we will cover the costs of the exchange or refund the amount of the exchange.

The merchandise must be inspected within 24 hours after delivery in order to file a claim with the carrier.

Likewise, if the return of the order is due to a cause attributable to Horus-productos-esotéricos.com, we will refund the amount of the product or exchange it for the same product in good condition and the costs will be borne by us.
